Quit smoking with the CFC this fall!

Kick off the fall with a resolution to quit smoking!. The fall session of the CFC's Quit Smoking Charlottesville support group starts on Thursday, September 6.

Open to all community members.

When are the meetings?
Thursday nights, 5:00-6:00 p.m.

What does the program include?
• Individual goal setting and coaching
• Group discussion
• Speakers on topics like dealing with craving attacks, understanding nicotine addiction and stress reduction and relaxation techniques.

Is there a fee?
There is no cost to participate in the group.
